Yup, empty Nester isn't bad. Just another phase in life to enjoy.
Tell Michael Aloha! I'm living there right now and I love it. He's going to have the time of his life being a Seasider.
I am happy for Michael and also for you. It will seem strange for awhile but you still have children and grandchildren close to you here.
