You and I are so on the same page!!! I was thinking of doing the exact same thing, if time allowed before the grand kids arrived!!!

The kids are going to LOVE those. I love homemade gifts. :)
Your Grandkids are going to be so happy. You did a great job on them. I wish I could see their faces when they open them. Reminds of years gone by when I made dresses for girls and doll clothes for dolls. Good job!
