Happy Chuseok!

Korea has a holiday similar to our Thanksgiving that occurs according to a lunar calendar. It was September 24 this year and we were invited to a celebration at the Scera Park. They had yummy Korean food, and fun entertainment. We were able to visit with many of our friends from Korea and people we know through the "Korea connection." It was a lovely evening and reminded of us the many blessings we have because of our mission(s) to Korea.

This is Elder Song's (one of our missionaries) daughter, isn't she a cutie?

Here we are with Sonhee and Jinhee Cho, they are our Korean nieces. Their grandparents, Bishop Cho and Sister Lee, are our "Korean parents." We didn't know they are both at BYU now and we look forward to having them join us for Sunday dinner.

We got a Happy Chuseok greeting from the Midgley's. We should have gone to this local event.
